Delete Account
Want to delete your account?
Deleting your WordPixel account will permanently remove the following data:
- All game progress
- Completed artwork collection
- Statistics and records
- Friends list
- Purchase history (including subscriptions)
There is a 30-day grace period after requesting account deletion. Logging in during this period will cancel the deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
Delete from App (Recommended)
- Open the WordPixel app.
- Go to Profile > Settings.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Request Deletion from Web
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion below.
Confirmation Email Sent
We have sent a deletion confirmation link to your email. Please check your inbox and click the link. (Valid for 30 minutes)
